Joining PTA and Volunteering

Below you will find the membership form to be used if you would like to be a member of the PTA you can fill out the form and pay the $5 dues to be added to Member Hub. Please consider joining the PTA and joining us for our monthly meetings held in the WCE library. You do not have to join to attend meetings and you do not need to attend meetings because you join. Our meetings are just a great place to meet other parents and learn about the events the PTA is planning for the students and staff at WCE. It is also a great time to get involved in the activities.

You will also find the volunteer form that was sent home at the beginning of the year. If you have not sent this back and would like to help us out with events this year please fill it out and return it to the school ASAP! We have already started signing up volunteers for our first event and will be sending out emails to get the next few events underway. The year is already flying by!

We rely on the help of parents to make all our activities and events successful. Please consider joining us and volunteering.

Fall Spirit Wear 2022

The 2022 online Fall Spirit Wear Sale!

The sale will begin September 12th and will run through September 26th.

When placing an order, please remember to fill in your child’s name and teacher in the last box.

All orders will be delivered to the school and distributed to students.

Welcome Back

Welcome back to all of our returning Willow Creek families and welcome to all of our new Kindergarten families!!!! We are so happy to be back for another AMAZING school year! We had so much fun seeing everyone at the Back to School Pool Party on August 8th! We have so many fun things planned for the 2022-2023 school year and we want you to join us!

We will have our first meeting of the school year on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022 at 6:30pm in the library. We do provide free babysitting for all parents in attendance so feel free to bring the kids along.

Pool Party

Thank you to everyone who came out to the pool party on Monday night! It was wonderful to see everybody and the kids had a blast! We might have gotten cut a little short due to the weather but fun was had by all!!

Back to School Pool Party

Monday, August 8th, 2022 – 7:45pm-9:45pm

Raindate will be Wednesday, August 10th

Join us for an End of Summer Bash at the Fleetwood pool. Admission is FREE, however pool management reserves the right to limit attendance so it is first come, first serve. This event is open to all Willow Creek Staff, Current Students, and Immediate Family Members.

ALL children MUST be accompanied by a parent. This is not a drop and go event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Come out and swim with your friends! Hope to see you there to celebrate the end of the summer and kick off the 2022-2023 school year.

PTA Board Members will be available to talk about this year’s events and answer questions.

*Some spirit wear and Pura Vida bracelets will be available for sale CASH only

There will be bottled water and baked goods available for purchase as well!

Welcome to the 2022/2023 school year!

Hello and welcome to Willow Creek Elementary for our new students and families, and welcome back to our returning families! We are excited for a new school year to start.

The PTA has been working hard on upcoming events for our school including a Pool Party at the Fleetwood Pool and Dine and Donate events!

Back to School Pool Party – Monday, August 8, 2022 – 7:45pm-9:45pm – Fleetwood Pool

Our First PTA meeting of the year will be Tuesday September 13th at 6:30 pm! Come join us as we get to know each other and prepare for the upcoming year. We have so many events and fundraising activities planned for this school year! It’s going to be AMAZING!

Our first Dine and Donate of the year will be held in September at Rita’s of Blandon. Teachers and Staff will serve as “Celebrity Scoopers” and help out at our prize wheel. $1 per spin earns you a coupon for your next visit! All prize wheel money goes directly to the PTA. Come out and enjoy a nice cool dessert and see some of your teachers helping at Rita’s.

Make sure to mention your teacher’s name when ordering. The class with the highest participation will win FREE Rita’s!!!
